It is truly awful. You know some people actually enjoy this kind of thing, they wear nicotine patches to exacerbate their nightmares.

Mary Shelley would agree...but just out of curiosity...how does one "slap oneself out of sleep"...unless one was slapping oneself in a dream in the first place?

As a chronic insomniac I have noticed that I sleep without ever knowing it. I take ten mins nap and I wake up, not knowing that I was asleep. K says you have been snoring.

i envy people with nightmares. i for some reason haven't had one in my whole life. i have sleep paralyses sometimes but even they are fun :(

I have the most grotesque dreams. Recently, I don't know why but maybe because of the medicine I take, I can continue the same dream after waking up over and over again right from the last scene.
