Capital ignition was more like an expensive human dud. You ain't seen nothing yet.

But you can see how that sounds like standard communist cope, right?

Yes the way your version is just an unimaginative version of Capitalism. At least Marx understood that communism is the concrete self-consciousness of capitalism. You are still in the phase of indeterminate abstraction.

Marx was right but too big a bitch to realize it couldn't be done and shouldn't be triedhttps://twitter.com/paul_hundred/status/1231645539722199042 …

Paul Hundred @paul_hundredReplying to @paul_hundred @C_HarwickWe can think of WEIRD society as moving the same way as a fused group but on vastly different scales, in itself but not for itself. Charitably, the motivating desire of communism is to experience the market society as combat group, but it ends with the latter against the former.1 reply 0 retweets 5 likes -

As if some hypotheses should not be tried because they are extreme. The last time people used this fear-mongering tropes were in the high scholasticism period.

If we martyr ourselves we'll go to heaven but we ALL have to do it for it to work. Just hypothesis testing. Please no scare monger

I'm all in favor of experimentation, but it keeps failing, and the response keeps being: well, it only works if it's global! Fuck. off.

Hypothesis testing demarcates the limits of current reason. This is why the component of risk should be understood as the very engine of reason. Without it, you either get suicidal reason or resignatory cynic reason. Awareness of risk as a constitutive factor is what is important

You really don't understand anything about modal and counterfactual scenarios in risk assessment, do you?
