When I was in Iran, I could easily find dark and light soy. But this looks ok. Just add 4 tablespoon with 2 tbs of lime and 2tbs of sugar. Mix well.

I think nothing is comparable with the Middle East. Asia is either too warm or too rainy, these factors will never give you the fruits of heaven.

To be honest, after a few years of living in Asia, you can get bored of these. The only things that I found truly good were the Rambutan (put the flesh in a glass of martini). The second one is bunga kantan (ginger torch). Cut the stem and put it in a salad. It's truly godly.
