Bah bah
now I have to get up and go to kitchen and roll my sleeves up. Although this is the only soy sauce we have(but it says perfect for every cuisine)
Somehow similar to Korean fried chicken?pic.twitter.com/6qOrl3QnRd

When I was in Iran, I could easily find dark and light soy. But this looks ok. Just add 4 tablespoon with 2 tbs of lime and 2tbs of sugar. Mix well.

To be honest, there is nothing like Iranian herbs and fruits here. You are in far better position.

Greener doesn't mean tastier. My god, if you taste a peach or a plum here, you will vomit.

I think nothing is comparable with the Middle East. Asia is either too warm or too rainy, these factors will never give you the fruits of heaven.

To be honest, after a few years of living in Asia, you can get bored of these. The only things that I found truly good were the Rambutan (put the flesh in a glass of martini). The second one is bunga kantan (ginger torch). Cut the stem and put it in a salad. It's truly godly.
