Sautée chicken until golden brown. Then add garlic and pepper for 1 to 2 mins. Then the concoction of light/dark soy, lime juice and sugar which you have mixed. One min later, add basil leaves, a lot of them for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat. Serve it on tahdig and rice.

now I have to get up and go to kitchen and roll my sleeves up. Although this is the only soy sauce we have(but it says perfect for every cuisine)

What does it taste like in the end? The white and dark soy sauce combination sounds interesting.

The taste will be overpowered by Basil at the end. The combination of two soy is for the sake of sauce consistency at the end.
