I pulled off Tin Tin, and have plenty to say on Rambo. I think anyone who isn’t American does. Did you see last year’s hyperexploitative addition to the series? The Rambo flicks are really good gauges of the American Mood and its anxieties over the past forty years.

As a child I loved Rambo, remember than scene when he blew up the evil guy with a grenade arrow. I have no remorse reading Tintin or watching Rambo.

As a child I knew about Audie Murphy, so imagine when I saw the first Rambo.

When as a child you grow up in an entrenched military family, you treat all these as idols.

French-schooled diplomatic family, shares some similitudes. The Tin Tin is real; Rambo, realpolitik.

I know all about Rambo from my dad, havoc-wreaking special force caring for his children in the peace time. Isn't this the new Rambo plot?
