But on a serious note: Why assign them the same functions, attributes and capacities. That will just lead to the logic of either this or that. What should be avoided is to treat each of them by themselves as sufficient and totalized.

You see, this is the dilemma of a very writer. You start either from this or that. I started with libmat and I had to complement it with neorat. We can just do everything at the same time. Sometimes, u have to simmer the broth and the meat separately to add them together later.
