Ugh, but interesting that even when it comes to noodle you prefer beef noodle.

No I actually like just plain noodles with vegetables. That was recommended to us. We had to brush our tongues for a week to get rid of the taste.

Never trust any recommendation coming from people who are selling you stuff.

okay I don't know if it's some kind of cheap or fancy place, I've never been to kharej, but yeah, down with them.

But seriously, Iranian food is the epitome of the good food. I have Israeli and Italian friends who are addicted to stews and cholo-kebab. Screw all other cuisines, this is not a nationalist propaganda, it is just a historical and scientific fact.

I remember that when K came to Iran, she was appalled by the portions of cholo-kebab, called it vulgar. But as the time passed, every other day, she was nagging that my blood-kebab is low, maybe we should order.

How hard is it to make noodle in Iran? I'm sure they have the ingredients, light and dark soy sauce and noodles. You can make it yourself in 15mins.
