To mention one obvious factor: olfaction and all its q-tunneling and other 'affects'? When it comes to interfacing, screens are primitive and they'll laugh at us for thinking otherwise in mid-future (like, 50 years?)

Are you really asking? Lots of HCI stuff about this - I'm surprised you're saying this. There are lots of things in physical social interaction that you don't get when you strip down to affordances that get certain conscious reactions.

I actually agree w/ the lack of meaningful difference. According, worldly affairs in general would be a lot better (hope I don't have to detail by which specific metrics, lol) if everyone would just lighten up a bit.
