I have shrimp, ground beef, chicken with bones. I guess you have to work around my carnivore habits.

Add some spices, wrap them in foil, put them in the oven. And make some pan kebab with that ground beef, you just need to add salt and onions to it.

I have all the kebab arsenals. It's just that in America, you can't find the right meet for making koobideh. Butcher shops are rare and pricey. I need Ray come here again and make us kebab. He was a butcher you know.
