What if 1/2 of WiFi access point capacity would need to be allocated for free access? Make them make money with value-add.
there are also many airports with 'free' wifi, but you can only access them with an sms code on a local phone#
. once roaming is free, you will use your own phone as a free hotspot all over the EU. 6-euro-per-hour hotspots will die out
