Thanks for reaching out. When you dispute a claim, the claimant has 30 days to respond. During this time the video will remain blocked/monetized (per the claimant's decision). Only once the dispute is successful is when the restriction from your video is removed.

@TeamYouTube my channel has been falsely deleted for 4 months. I got it back now but this shows 1) this 30 days period is not correct 2) there are people who are abusing the system which are repeatedly targeting me with obvious fake claims

I think it has something to do with who is claiming the copyright. The fastest retraction I have had has been under 3 hours. However there are some Shady ppl/companies out there who abuse it by falsely claiming stuff & ignoring disputes to prevent content creators getting $

But youtube gives the claimant 10-14 business days to provide documents that they are sueing me in court for copyright violation. That's a deadline imposed by youtube itself. Now even this deadline is long time overdue... It shouldn't be possible to ignore disputes.

Call them and ask. Then connect YouTube with any idiot from the "Geek Squad" to hash things out. That may just be a hit video idea so if yo need help let me know.
