This morning I was told to delete a video of my appearance on the BBC News Channel. I’m resharing it because I don’t want to ever live with the regret of not taking a stance during such a critical time in the discourse around male violence against women.

CT books be like Chapter 1 - a detailed explanation of how to stack two bricks one on top of the other, with pictures Chapter 2 - let's do it again with lax commutative pseudo-bricks (trivial: those are simply pseudomonoid in the 2-cat of brick fibrations [australian reference])

I recognize (and in less humble moments hope to place myself within) a line of "metaphysical" poets including John Donne, Wallace Stevens, Jorge Luis Borges, John Ashbery, and William Bronk. Are there any woman poets who plausibly fall into this category?

Fixing that is what I most like about the Great Books tradition: approaching a work humbly, with the basic attitude that most books have something to offer if you put in the effort, is a prerequisite to most learning. That's as true about Butler as it is about Aristotle. /end

I quite often have fretful sleep where I keep waking up feeling frustratingly close to solving some problem, only to wake up and realise that my friend is not a diagram in a category and so of course I would struggle to figure out their limit.
