    The 9/11 terrorists took down the World Trade Center towers with box cutters by taking advantage of known security vulnerabilities (e.g., our playbook at the time for responding to hostage situations). Again, why 1/6 is so gravely different than the summer riots. We got *lucky*!

    Can somebody redo/update the Standish Group analysis of multi-million dollar government IT projects? Civic tech colleagues keep citing it but it's only one study & looked at projects from 2003-2012. So...are 94% of projects over $10M still failing? Are 41% still being abandoned?
