    The big takeaway from the Giuliani situation is that Democrats use power when they have it and don't let such things as constitution, laws or principles constrain them, while Republicans basically just whine about "muh principles" and hypocrisy and how life is unfair.

    As someone who actually survived a civil war, I think anyone whose understanding of such events comes from movies, TV and fantasy needs to be slapped around with a rotten fish and ignored as a dangerous idiot. Which is of course the exact opposite of what's happening.

    Americans will have more time to get the Real ID they'll need to board a flight or enter federal facilities. The deadline had been Oct. 1, 2021, but it was becoming clear that many people wouldn't make it. Now it's been pushed back to May 3, 2023.
