Not enough a registered voter requests a main in bAllot to their current address and its registered to one person that signs d returns it. That works.
Vote-by-mail is safe, but failure to 1) properly fill out a ballot OR 2) sign the outer envelope are two leading causes of a rejected ballot. Solution? 1) No check marks it the ballot says "fill in the oval" & 2) your official signature on the envelope.https://n.pr/3fQJLAl
