Probably included it with the patch.
Looks like the day one patches on Switch encrypt PAK files and probably removes "unintentionally included" files inside. People are trying to find the key to decrypt the files.

the original nsp is already available on internet with the all data. Only NSP decryption is needed (what is possible)
