Pretty much no custom assembled computer is since most mobos don't have the encryption thingy Windows 11 wants. Most do have a slot though, and that chip is very cheap

Most modern one have one baked into the firmware. It's worth checking your BIOS settings to see if the option is there.

stick with win10 or 8.1. Most of the gaming features on 11 is coming to 10 anyway.

Chances are you haven't enabled TPM on your CPU. If it's Intel, try looking for a PTT option. fTPM if it's AMD
