Another pain.
Bought a beautiful Xbox 360 XDK. The re-shipper took me pictures. The console was in a very good condition. Then they somehow broke the console and shipped it as is. The box is undamaged.

I don't mean to sound crass but isn't only the outer cover damaged? The metal encasing and the motherboard inside looks ok in the pics
Even if it works it doesn't mean that I am happy with the damage. The XDK has a special grey shell and it is nearly impossible to find a replacement.
