People have good faith because the studio involved made the well-received Halo Master Chief Collection. But we'll have to see any official info first.
Now that's where I disagree because Roofing Studio now known as Rockstar Dundee a cheap like Drum Studio because Roofing Studio would not want to tarnish their name like that I mean they used to make the Crackdown series and made the Master Chief collection

They are using Unreal Engine while the GTA SA "remastered" ports use Renderware so we don't need to worry.
Been curious about how they managed to pull this off since they don't own the license for that engine anymore (and the Stories used different engine already, or didn't they?)
This, THIS is the one thing I fear.
I just don't think Rockstar would straight up buy the studio if it's something cheap and awful, I'm sure they were surprised with the work they did to the point they decided to buy them, considering they are working on these even before they got acquired.
Agreed with every single point. And let’s not take @RockstarGames out of blame. This company is just a shadow of what used to be.
