Well were did you ordered from?
A question to Germans. Ordered holesaw kit from Germany. They didn't ship it and I cancelled the order. They canceled the order, but haven't issued me a refund. They say that they don't see my payment, but ignore me when I show the transaction from my bank. What to do?

Ask your bank directly to charge back the order.

If you paid through PayPal then you can claim the money back through them or alternatively you can call your bank and start a dispute as you have not received the goods so they will fight for your money back on your behalf if you give them all the evidence.

Not sure where you are from but this is what we do in the UK. So just ask your bank that you would like to start a Visa Dispute if your bank card is a Visa one.
