You can find this string in the GTA SA executable: x:\SA_PC_SRC(pcv110-final)\gta_source\MSVCPCfiles\D3D9FinalUSA\gta_sa.pdb This is where they stored GTA SA sources on their local server, I guess.

Not necessary a local server. ArmA series virtual "P" drive for their modding kit. Having a virtual drive helps them with scripts, paths, and compatibility while everything stays on the local hard drive. But your guess is as good as mine.
