It is totally worthless to have the road on LOD and would have just used more space as no one would have noticed the road on LOD so why bother?

That was always an interesting little area to me. The LOD houses almost look like placeholders before they designed the ones we can actually see.

How did you manage to view the LOD models so close up?

I suppose the usual models which we see when we are near them were same as the LOD but after changing them they didn't bother to alter the LOD too as no one would have noticed aside from the PS2 players who had bad discs
