We'd want to make sure the account is linked to a real-life person and while it is possible to register as a business, we also allow for updates in the accounts when the information matches the records (PayPal, addresses and the line). ~Mark Y

I helped my step-brother to maintain eBay account. It is registered to his name and last name.
Over the years he completely lost an interest maintaining it and it became "mine".
Can I change the first and last name to my? Will eBay support approve it?
