Is it plug in by usb or ur install it the pc ?
Right now I have 7TB HDD and almost all space I have is dedicated to my channel and GTA files.
I am sick of optimizing files and that's why I decided to buy 14 TB HDD.

i'd recommend a 4TB SSD instead to take advantage of its speed to minimize render times as much as possible. you can also scrub through video instantaneously which i prefer. SSDs are a must-have for a video editor. i have a Samsung 860 QVO 4TB.

..but if you just want a mass storage option where speed doesn't matter, i'd recommend multiple mid-capacity mechanical drive volumes (2 to 4x4-8TB;) preferably non-RAID, and backing up between them and the cloud. if one of four drives starts to fail it would be easier to recover
