On the other hand, people who previously had GTA IV will get EFLC for free.
It seems that EFLC will be an expansion pack now meaning no more two standalone games. More free space.
I guess, it would be an "okay" solution if only they were prepared.

Well, the absence of multiplayer is kinda a bummer, but I am not sure if people still play it.
I have/had GTA IV on Steam, will I be getting them both on Steam or how is it gonna work? Honestly I haven't opened Steam in a year but if I get EFLC I wanna try it lol
I'm amazed they'd even consider just giving away EFLC or IV for free depending on which you owned. Quite a solution indeed.
they did same wil mp3 and lan on rgl, which were auto upgraded to complete edition
