On the other hand, people who previously had GTA IV will get EFLC for free.
It seems that EFLC will be an expansion pack now meaning no more two standalone games. More free space.
I guess, it would be an "okay" solution if only they were prepared.

Well, the absence of multiplayer is kinda a bummer, but I am not sure if people still play it.
I mean, leaderboards have been gone from the console versions (at least the xbox one) and the radio stations were just a matter of time, we were all expecting this. The multiplayer was only possible bc of GWWL and R* is too lazy to make new servers lol
When you were supposed to fix multiplayer and delete Games For Windows Live, because it doesn't work no more, but you deleted multiplayer and fixed GFWL problems in that way, because it is not used no more
