I can finally say that RockstarWarehouse sucks and I would strongly suggest you to avoid it.
They still haven't responded to my case and they haven't even responded to my newer case I opened. So, if you received something broken, it is your problem.

I remember a case in 2010 where I had ordered the Vinyl for Red Dead Redemption, something messed up on their side & my order was cancelled, R* Support were worthless, I had to use a contact I had at the time to escalate it and spoke on the phone with a person at R*NYC to sort it
