Regarding the GTA SA RGL version... German gamers state that the game is censored. I am not sure if they have a different version or it is somehow coded in the exe.

I use HashCheck for checksums. Also this screenshot makes perfect sense as it IS known that RGL and Steam executables are different.
Got the German RGL exe. It has the same CRC32 sum. This is... interesting.

I think they use the methode from III and VC and check for OS/keyboard language and disables stuff according to that. And they probs forgot to censor attacking peds on the ground and bloody footprints/bloodpools. (Can't remember if blood pools exist on the original cut version
