Damn, I want to find PS2 discs of GTA VC and GTA SA with the cut music, but no luck so far. As we know, these versions do exist, but I have no idea how to find the right retail copy.

I don't think packaging stuff are helpful for discovering cut music. But I've got an idea, We all know that R* uses in-game soundtracks for trailers. Check if there is any unused soundtracks. (used for game trailer but not for the actual game)
I meant those PS2 versions, which have less music due to the licensing issues.
These discs exist and they were produced somewhere in 201*. It is hard to find them, because the packaging looks the same. This is what I am interested in.

Try the trilogy versions, Remember I told you about their production in 201X?

I actually have a Trilogy version, but mine has all tracks. The "new" Trilogy version should look the same and I have no clue how to distinguish it.
