The encryption keys are ultimately protected by an unknown key which is burned into the processor and cannot be extracted using software. However, you can install all these games on an iPhone with a bunch of unique apps like vShare.

Sad thing is, DE, JP and normal versions of GTA games have no unique files inside. Sadly, we can't check executable as it is encrypted.

Here is a small update.
I've managed to download 60GB worth of data from iTunes. It means, that I have every single version of GTA 3, VC, SA and LCS.
Moreover, I have German and Japanese version of GTA 3.
