I think you should make a new channel dedicated to whatever the smaller audience is. Be it Vadim M [ENG] or Vadim M [RUS] and keep the current channel in whichever is the largest audience. I don't think you should start completely over from scratch.

Completely agree with the guy above, starting from scratch doesnt sound like a good idea, making a secondary channel should be the answer

Better create two new accounts. I understand Russian, but it's pain to hear different version of the same video and then get recommendations in Russian.

Or even better, change secondary vadim m account to be dedicated to smaller audience and then change names to show language

Like Edwin said. Have the current channel either only upload the russian or english version and make a new channel for the other language. And then mention the other version in the beginning of the videos. Abandoning it and make two new accs sounds risky

Create a channel and put all the videos of language that gives less views in there. Then you remove all these videos in the main channel. In the main channel you put videos in the language that gives better views

You'll have to decide what you want to main, English or Russian, and only have that on your main channel, and create a side channel for the other language and reupload on there.

If you need to change it, do as as kreosan did - two channels. Personally I don't feel issues of having second video with different voice over - I just don't watch it.

Personally, I think you should make a new channel for Russian content. English content on your channel is the one that's watched the most, so if you post one english video on it, you can post another one at the same time to direct people to your russian channel
