This was from the Razor day 1 crack, it patched out SecuROM without removing it's checks. Rockstar added drunk cam, cars didn't handle properly, and anything with interactivity with a machine (police laptop, computers, TVs, etc) didn't work at all. Was quite funny honestly
Are you sure that TVs didn't work? What about other things under "etc"? By the way, thanks for the info!

TVs didn't work, and "etc" applied to various sections the game required you to do something with your phone or computer. You couldn't access the camera during the mission where you had to send photos is one such example
