I know that I heard MJ in a cutscene at the Malibu club on my PS4 playthrough but it was definitely not on the radio.
I am not sure, but it seems that US version of VC on PS4 has all music while EUR release not. Can someone launch new game and test it?

I guess, you have US version then? In EU version the music in Malibu club was changed. This is freakin hilarious.

I have the EU version on ps4 and all the copyrighted music is gone.
