i think all the japanese files are in the PC files. like their is the audio for the Japanese Mr. Philips cutscene, and i think a bit more too
Got this beauty some time ago. This is Japanese version of GTA V and according to the game files, there are more changes than just 3 cutscenes.
I think, I will make a video about it, but not in the near future.
