Ive seen the heli before. it happend when a loaded a GTA4 save through Tbogt on xbox. prob does the same with Tlad i guess.

These aren't new images, if you poke through GTA4's image files with OpenIV you'll find the same ones just without the watermark. If you try to load a GTA4 save game while playing either TLAD or TBOGT on the Complete Edition of the game on PS3 you'll get some of them.
