Yep, it say in the top right corner, "No storage medium included" it is just the download key.
Did you know that you can buy somewhere in Germany a case with GTA The Trilogy, which will have a key for Steam inside?
My German isn't really good, but it looks like it has no disc inside.

You are correct. It says that no disc is included and all you get is a steam code

Kind of wish this was more normal. I like to buy games digitally but I also like collecting cases. I hate spending money to buy both though

Well you can buy this from places like "Mediamarkt", "Saturn", "Expert" etc. which cost ~10€ and only has a Steamkey inside, NO DISC. Also upper left "ENTHÄLT KEINEN DATENTRÄGER" which means "Does not include a volume/medium/disc"
