wayback machine?
Sadly official German GTA websites with flash animations are gone now. 
They were unique, because these FLASH animations were usually unchanged since the day one.
For instance, German Vice City flash animation had a cut "intro" section. I hope, they will return...pic.twitter.com/xK83DJzTKE

I don't think they will return since it's probably related to the music used in the intros (hence they were removed from the original English website back in.. 2011?).
