He tried his hardest to get her to say that in person learning/reopening schools should be the only way because younger children are not at risk. Thank you for refocusing and reframing it to say that all stakeholders need to have a seat at the table and it is a local decision.

We simply do not know of all of the effects of this virus on younger people. This is NOT the flu. Elementary children do not live in a vacuum, they have families that they can potentially bring the virus home to, the aggregate risk is what makes it difficult.
