basically, it means that Youtube/facebook/twitter etc need to be hotter on copyright material and one of the results from this could be that they could have a filter that auto checks if there is any copyright material, and if so the video won't be loaded at all. 1/
Exactly, you've hit the nail on the head there mate. No point trying to grow a channel that won't be able to exist in 2 years time.
