The really amazing thing is that she launched it that far without hip/shoulder separation when her torso rotates. She'd probably only need a few hours with a pitching coach, given her overall athleticism, to add 10-15% velocity.

As spectacular a throw as that was, lets acknowledge the catch, too. That spectator up in the nosebleeds couldnt have anticipated a shirt launched by a real cannon let alone one tossed by human hands, but despite being an unlikely target, still managed to snatch a nifty souvenir.
