I’ve eaten wild bullfrog and crocodile at the world famous chef Folse’s Restaurant in New Orleans—not cheap. I’ve eaten deer I’ve hit with my car. I’ve been on a poultry farm down south. Yuck. There are plenty things to attack China for. Eating weird stuff ain’t top of the list.
