Over 80 percent of precincts are counted in Lake and McHenry Counties, both outside of Chicago, and if you just extrapolate based on the share of precincts reporting--a very rough method, to be clear--we'd be on track for turnout to finish at only about 55% of 2016 levels.

NO ONE can call this election legitimate. And this is just more evidence that the DNC doesn't deserve my vote my November. This is outrageous.
