My exception was to Buttigieg saying that Bernie, like Trump, wanted to “blow up” the system. Bernie is running on a concrete, positive agenda on healthcare, childcare, education. He’s not running a campaign stoking anger, division and resentment in the way Trump did.

So why is he launching unprompted attacks against Bernie and his supporters? He could have made the same points without mentioning Bernie or trying to link him to Trump. If Buttigieg had an policy points, he wouldn't need to go negative to try to get more attention.
Nobody is ‘attacking’ Bernie, he pointed out both Trump & Bernie’s populist messages in 2016 & saw similarities. Bernie doesn’t have policies, his campaign is ‘everything is free’.
