@lapp3r32 Subtle question. Do you want to estimate ROI, or set markup given an ROI, or learn how markup is usually set in practice?

@NateMeyvis I guess setting it in relation to an estimated ROI. And I'm curious how its set in practice as well. Theres a difference right? -
@lapp3r32 In theory, as the pool of investors gets bigger (and bigger-bankrolled), markup gets closer to ROI.
