Literally any Game Theory 101 alum will tell you that signing a bunch of free agents (except possibly QB's) isn't likely to help your team.

@skepticalsports I think DBs are another exception (at least for some teams). Texans did well to sign Manning and Joseph a few years back.
@amber34owl @skepticalsports I'm ignorant here--what about the DB position that might make it an exception to basic game-theory modeling?

@NateMeyvis@amber34owl It's market failure that QB's aren't paid more. Other FA spending negatively correlates w/ winning, inc DB's. -
