some thought provoking words from @NateMeyvis on quick capture > Why think that it's good to capture the marginal thought? my answer: the eventual sum of those marginal thoughts can lead to an insightful idea. some more detailed responses 👇https://twitter.com/NateMeyvis/status/1486145817085894658 …

      > There are surely people who have much better random thoughts than I do i think it's less this, and more @NateMeyvis has higher-than-average non-random thoughts, so the bar random thoughts has to cross is higher. cheers to more folks thinking about their quick capture systems!

I'll selfishly use the last tweet of this thread to tell @NateMeyvis what I'd like to see more of as he forays into more tech writing: pragmatic tensorflow/keras, backgammon endgame theory, and how to apply academic rigor to side projects.

Thanks for the thread! Super interesting. I'll say that I'm probably not the person to go to for TF/Keras. I've used them, but these days I'd much rather be thinking about the "pure software" stuff that's ML-adjacent rather than the ML itself. Good luck with everything!

that also sounds v interesting! and also much closer to my professional experience with ML, so perhaps I'll have more to chime in with :)
