I’m not sure I understand how to interpret these percentages. Should I interpret these as probabilities of certain kinds of outcomes? Trying to understand the TF you speak of.

Yes. It's a "hey, this common thing would be better done this way in this context." 75% I'm basically right, it's an hour well spent 24.9% I'm wrong, I'll figure it out .1% I'm right and it's a Very Good Idea for a lot of contexts

(As for what these probabilities *are*, I still don't know, but I don't like frequentism any more than I did a decade ago.)
