I like PDF Expert.
Hi! What's the best way to read a 250-page PDF on a computer (or tablet)? I always want to be able to highlight (or at least bookmark), and sometimes want to be able to annotate.

Looks good. Not as many features as Goodreader, but if it does what it says on the tin, seems great to me.

Upload to Google Drive and open as a Google Doc. It works remarkably well most of the time.

Noted! I don't love reading Google Docs for long stretches, but I could imagine it working.

I know this computer extension called Kami, I don’t know if it’s an app thought, but it lets me draw, highlight, add stuff I want to add, and all that, I use it a lot of school
