Also... that's not something that actual tech or tech-adjacent people say about Macs. That's something they say about iPads. He mixed up his talking points.
This was a career professional tech person in a moderately high IT position.
I don't doubt it. I'm just saying that in my whole career in tech, I don't think I've ever heard someone say that about the Mac (as opposed to an iPad / iPhone), which is an extremely user-empowering and extensible and modifiable tool. [1/2]
